The Field Coach (District Manager) is responsible for the gasoline and merchandise sales, expense control, store appearance, and profits of the store group.

Essential Functions:

• Manages sales and operations.
• Creates a culture that embodies The Kent Companies core values.
• Review and analyze the stores data points, sales plans, projections, and expenses.
• Motivate and develop Store Management team.
• Oversee that all stores are providing guest service that meets or exceeds the company standards and customer expectations.
• Exercise judgment and decision-making pertaining to all employee relations and personnel actions.
• Maintain high standards of store image ensuring that all stores are clean, well-stocked and ready for business.
• Effective planning & execution of marketing promotions and company initiatives.
• Protection of company assets through loss prevention and expense efficiencies.
• Conduct training of General Managers and Store Managers.
• Participate in remodels/closures and acquisitions.
• Ensures compliance with company policies/procedures.
• Displays organization skills and problem-solving skills.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Qualifications:
• Passion for people.
• 3 years’ experience working as a multi-unit supervisor in a retail setting.
• Passion for people.
• Ability to interact with all levels in an organization.
• Convenience store experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and analytical skills.
