Kent State University is Hiring a HVAC Technician II Near Kent, OH
Repair of BuildingsJob Numbers: 996591 & 996518Kent Campus – Kent, OHBasic FunctionPerforms the full range of HVAC maintenance and installation tasks. Reports to HVAC Supervisor or other designated supervisor.
Minimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent. A minimum of three years experience in analyzing and repairing HVAC equipment: chillers, cooling towers, condensers, etc. Completion of vocational education program or apprenticeship in a related field may be substituted for one year of experience. May be called to work in emergency situations. Requires on and off-campus travel.
Wage: $25.06 - $26.17 (6 month rate) plus benefits including tuition waiver.
Bonus: Effective with the pay period which contains October 1, 2024 each employee on the active payroll shall receive a one-time lump sum payment in the amount of one thousand dollars ($1,000).
