Kentuckiana ENT is currently in search of a full-time dispensing/clinical Audiologist or part-time clinical Audiologist to join our dynamic team. In this role, part-time would conduct audiometric testing two-three days at one of our three locations (Wednesday-Friday) but would mainly be at our Von Allmen location (Springhurst area). Full time would dispense for adult patients at our Indiana location next to Clark Memorial Hospital for the remaining two-three days. No third-party hearing aid contracts, mostly private pay.

Our practice has six Board Certified Otolaryngologists, two full time Audiologists, and two ototechnician spread across three locations. Our current audiologists have a tenure of 15-25 years with us, emphasizing the rewarding environment we offer.

The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills along with the ability to effectively counsel patients and establish rapport. Working hours typically span from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, reflecting the demands of our bustling practice which caters to both adult and pediatric patients.

Job Qualifications:

• Doctorate of Audiology (Au.D) or Masters in Audiology
• Preferably 1 year of experience; however, new graduates and dispenser will be considered
• Must hold audiology licenses for both Kentucky and Indiana
• Capable of thriving in a team-oriented environment and providing constructive feedback to the ototechnician
• Demonstrates professionalism when interacting with physicians, patients, and colleagues
• Possesses strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Phonak brand products and potential BAHA opportunities
• Compensation is higher for dispensing which includes monthly commission pay
• Part-Time position is 15-26 hours per week. Full-time is 40 hours per week
