This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Shepherdsville, KY. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include addressing customer inquiries and concerns, resolving customer issues, processing insurance policies, and assisting with policy changes and updates. Qualifications

• Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills
• Experience in ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering a positive customer experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in processing insurance policies
• Knowledge of insurance products and policies is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
