Description

The Training Supervisor is responsible for the training and education of all Food & Beverage hosts. This includes but is not limited to General Safety Training, Food Safety and Sanitation including ServSafe classes, eTIPS classes and the updating of all training documents. All of this will be done consistent with the mission, values, and operating philosophies of Kentucky Kingdom and Herschend Family Entertainment.

Requirements

· Must be at least 18 years of age.

· High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred.

· Previous public speaking and presentation experience preferred.

· At least 2 years of training, adult learning, or education experience required.

· At least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.

· Must be able to pass ServSafe Manager Certification Program within 90 days (about 3 months) of hire.

· Proven experience with common office software such as Google Drive, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, etc.

· Proven experience in using and understanding time tracking and labor scheduling software.

· Must successfully complete a post-employment offer background check and drug screen.
