**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various equipment and systems to ensure smooth operations within the facility.

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment

- Perform preventative maintenance tasks on machinery and building systems

- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues

- Supervise and coordinate outside contractors for specialized repairs

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities

- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management

**Qualifications:**

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical schematics

- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Customer service-oriented approach when interacting with employees or vendors

- Basic electrical knowledge for troubleshooting purposes and/or repairs
