Kentucky Pest Control is Hiring a Customer Account Manager Near Lexington, KY

We are looking for a qualified Account Managers for our office in Lexington KY. We have both seasonal and full time positions available. Your role is to provide quality sales and customer service via email, phone, and text to the thousands of customers in the Kentucky, Nebraska, and Iowa. Responsibilities would include customer service, sales, billing, scheduling, and customer retention. Ability to use computers efficiently and learn new systems is a must. Ability to talk confidently on the phone is a must. A successful Account Manager needs to have experience with a variety of office software (email tools, spreadsheets, and databases) and be able to accurately handle sales duties. Ultimately, an Account Manager ensures a smooth onboarding for each and every new customer, takes care of each current customers' needs and ensures that each customer stays for years to come.

Responsibilities

  • Help onboard new customers and get them scheduled.
  • Provide quality and confident customer service to customers in the Kentucky, Nebraska, and Iowa through email, phone, and text.
  • Manage a sales flow.
  • Manage a leads list.
  • Sell Pest Control services over the phone to potential inbound customers calling or emailing for a quote.
  • Resolve concerns, billing issues, or answer questions regarding our services in a timely manner.

Skills

  • Experience as an ISR, CSR or Office Manager.
  • Must have strong attention to detail.
  • Must have the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to learn new systems and protocols on a computer, be tech-literate, and be adaptable to technology.
  • Familiarity and proficiency with email, Google Drive, and other basic office programs.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.
  • High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
