**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced Bartender with 1 to 2 year's experience minimum (2 years preferred) to join our team.

**Duties:**

- Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic drinks, to customers

- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when necessary

- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and adhere to all food safety regulations

- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register

- Upsell additional products when appropriate

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in bartending

- Proficiency in basic math for handling payments, calculating change, and end of shift reports

- Strong sales skills with the ability to promote menu items effectively

- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations

- Familiarity with Clover POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus

- Excellent time management skills to handle peak hours efficiently
