We currently have an opening for a Full-Time, experienced LeadKitchen Exhaust Cleaning Tech. This individual leadership and experience to assigned work groups.

This person will provide regularly scheduled hood cleaning service for commercial cooking facilities. This service is essential for fire protection for our customers’ property, people and the community. Vehicle, equipment, and training are required to perform hood cleaning services that are provided to our customers. This work is at times physically demanding and labor intensive. Flexible working hours are a must for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor assigned work group.
• Assist with all on-site installations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Primary customer interface while on-site, exhibiting courtesy, professionalism and ensuring customer issues are addressed.
• Diagnose technical problems and determine proper solutions.
• Utilize mobile technology applications to complete service tickets, monitor timekeeping, submit reports, and manage expenses.
• Produce timely and detailed service reports.
• Keep vehicle, tools, equipment organized and properly maintained (Company provides all equipment).
• Secondary job duties include working as part of a crew of two to three, thorough and complete kitchen, and exhaust cleaning services.
• Set -up and tear-down of all equipment and supplies at the job site.
• Report any NFPA 98 deficiencies in hood system.
• Follow all company safety rules and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning Certification.
• A valid driver's license.
• Prior hood cleaning experience.
• Must have a flexible schedule to work nights and early mornings.
• Must be able to diagnose and trouble-shoot technical and equipment functions on customer and company equipment.
• Must be able to perform physical maintenance work and can lift 50-70lbs.
