Responsibilities
Client Support : Interact with clients in person, over the phone & via email, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance in a professional manner.
Service Delivery : Ensure prompt and accurate service delivery to meet client needs and exceed expectations.
Documentation : Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Product Knowledge : Stay informed about agency products and services to provide comprehensive information to clients.
Client Feedback : Gather client feedback to improve service quality and identify areas for enhancement.
Requirement
