Summary :

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled

Marketing and Administrative Coordinator

to play a crucial role in driving success for Kerioth Corporation and our affiliated real estate developments, hotels, and restaurants.

This individual will implement marketing strategies aimed at increasing visitor traffic and enhancing customer engagement.

This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to manage various projects and events. Project management is a key function of this position, requiring knowledge across several marketing areas including social media, email campaigns, events, and customer / tenant relations.

This position is highly driven by schedule and organization, along with a keen eye for design.

Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing and Executive Assistant. This role will consist of general administrative duties, commercial real estate listings data entry and research, and e- marketing and social media work.
  • Design and coordinate promotional campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Maintain strong relationships with tenants to ensure coordinated marketing efforts and mutual success.
  • Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content that showcases our properties, events, and promotions.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance, providing reports on campaign effectiveness.
  • Assist in organizing and promoting events at our properties, including new store openings and seasonal events.
  • Understanding of market trends and consumer behavior to ensure our marketing strategies remain relevant and impactful.
  • Support the Director of Marketing and Executive Assistant in various administrative and project management tasks

Job Duties :

  • Event Planning and Management

  • Email marketing (newsletters, etc.)
  • Ability to deliver creative content (advertisements, text, image, video)
  • Layout and design of in-house generated marketing materials
  • Floorplan exhibits in support of management needs
  • Marketing events
  • Support brokers with marketing and management projects
  • General administrative duties

Primary Market Areas :

  • Commercial Real Estate
  • Hospitality / Restaurants
  • Mixed-use developments including office, retail, and all forms of residential including single-family residences, townhomes, condominiums, and multi-family housing

Experience and Education Attainment :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, ideally within the retail or hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies, including social media management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with tenants, vendors, and team members.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail and an eye for design.
