PROFILE:

Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanics or similar.

Job location: 2700 Wickham Dr, Muskegon, MI 49441.

EXPERIENCE:

5 years in a leading position in production area, in addition 5 years of experience in technical position in automotive production company.

KNOWLEDGE:

• Problem solving like A3, use of method shopfloor management for day-to-day activities.
• Knowhow in stamping, heat treatment, inspection and assemblies.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949
• Knowledge of ISO 14001

MAIN TASKS:

• Implement, maintain and improve production and maintenance standards of corporate management system and KLPS.
• Plan and monitor all production activities to maximise the use of the organisation´s resources and meet established production specification and schedules (volume, costs, scrap, OEE, quality)
• Lead the operations so that all production activities meet all business objectives, and are conducted in accordance with the relevant health and safety environment, and quality standards.
• Liaise with other managers to understand current and future product needs and develop plans, costs estimates and schedules for integrating their needs into existing manufacturing activities.
• Support in problem solvings and apply analysis and improvement tools. Analyze production, maintenance, and malfunction records to identify problems and recommend solutions that will improve performance.
• Manage administrative tasks and departement budget.
• Ensure that the Quality Management, Environment, Safety and Health at Work policy, as well as the manual, procedures, operational controls, work instructions and continuous improvement are implemented effectively in the department under their responsibility.
• Manage the documentation of the EHS Management System related to your department such as the Manual, procedures, work instructions, operational controls, formats, records, environmental aspects, objectives and goals, identification of hazards and their risk assessments in accordance with the standards.
