Payroll Assistant/Accounting Support

Responsibilities:

Monthly recurring transactional accounting for multiple entities
Assist with Data Entry of Accounts Payable invoices for our shop
Process DMV/Motor Carrier/IFTA paperwork for renewals and monthly reporting
Keep filing up to date
Back up for front desk coverage
Backup other positions with projects as needed
Full back up for Payroll/Benefits Administration
Process small companies’ payroll, and assist with payroll on a regular weekly basis

Qualifications:

Excellent team skills, positive attitude and high ethical standards
Effective communication skills, both written and oral
Demonstrates a “can do” attitude
Microsoft Excel knowledge
10 key by touch

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
