The Receptionist is responsible for:

• Provides support for administration staff and oversees daily departmental responsibilities relating to front desk reception support.
• Assists managers and director with administrative duties as needed.
• Displays good phone etiquette and answers phone by 3^{rd ring.}
• Collaborates with Nursing when scheduling/organizing resident transportation needs.
• Works with other departments to maintain exceptional care.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Previous clerical experience preferred.
