Als Senior Product Manager beheer je onze gehele ‘style’ categorie. Van trends ontdekken, goed inzicht hebben in de performance van het gehele product portfolio en de product ontwikkeling van begin tot eind. Van meetings met ons lab, tot co-creatie met onze partners, tot briefen van alle stakeholders tot product in de salon.

Je weet een campagne op te zetten en de communicatie te managen over alle NPD’s richting de stakeholders. Na een launch kun jij als geen ander de sales bijhouden en evalueren. Als Senior Product Manager ben je onderdeel van het Marketing Team – Product rapporteer je aan de Head of Product, samen met 2 andere (senior) Product Managers.

YOU

• Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring heeft met product ontwikkeling (het liefst binnen de beauty industrie);

• Een goede visie heeft in het creëren en presenteren van innovaties (inclusief een strategisch plan en een doorgerekende business case);

• De relevante bedrijfs KPIs in de gaten houdt en de business objectives bereikt;

• De verantwoordelijkheid kan dragen voor de gehele product portfolio, van sales en omzet en bijstuurt als de cijfers tegenvallen;

• Bij stressvolle situaties het hoofd koel houdt en weet door te pakken;

• Veel ondernemerschap toont, werken alsof het je eigen bedrijf is!

SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER

As Senior Product Manager you will manage our entire 'style' category. From discovering trends, having good insight into the performance of the entire product portfolio and product development from start to finish. From meetings with our lab, to co-creation with our partners, to briefing all stakeholders to product in the salon.

You know how to set up a campaign and manage the communication of all NPDs to the stakeholders. After a launch, you can track and evaluate sales like no other. As Senior Product Manager you are part of the Marketing Team - Product you report to the Head of Product, together with 2 other (senior) Product Managers.

YOU

• At least 3 years of experience in product development (preferably within the beauty industry);
• Has a good vision in creating and presenting innovations (including a strategic plan and a calculated business case);
• Keep an eye on the relevant business KPIs and achieve the business objectives;
• Can take responsibility for the entire product portfolio, from sales and turnover, and make adjustments if the figures are disappointing;
• Keep a cool head in stressful situations and know how to persevere;
• Shows a lot of entrepreneurship, working as if it were your own company!
