Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is Hiring a Regional Sales Manager Near Connecticut, CT

The Regional Sales Manager will work to optimize existing relationships with our Bottler / Distributor customer to achieve sales and profit targets within key accounts and business channels across multiple markets in New England (CT, NH, MA, ME, VT). This position will also be accountable for developing programming, and marketing strategies within the Region.

The ideal candidate will need to be based in one of the following locations:

  • MA (Wilmington or Burlington
  • CT (Central or Western)

Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with Production Plant/DIstributor Director and ordering leads to support product supply and concentrate/finished goods
  • Builds and implements programs and market initiatives for the region to drive share, presence and relevance in Market for KDP Brands.
  • Lead, develop and motivate a team in order to achieve corporate KPI’s of our brands
  • Coach PBNA sales teams in their selling techniques and territory management
  • Communicate sales plans, sales targets, and track the execution of team objectives.
  • Manage team territory coverage plan
  • Lead / Participate in Bottler and Distributor team sales meetings (Single / Multiple Facilities)
  • Work as a key point of contact between Bottler Retail Teams and field sales operations against execution priorities

  • Provide regular communication with sales director on team results, employee relations, and competitive activity in the market
  • Responsible for the management of regional budgets
