InTouch Receipting (ITR) is a division of KEV and is located in Puyallup, Washington. Acquired by KEV in 2023, InTouch offers an enterprise level integrated payments platform for K-12 school districts. A market leader for nearly 30 years, InTouch helps districts manage money with real-time insights and strong controls. At the school level, InTouch point-of-sale and payment portal make it easy for students and parents to make online and in-person payments.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and deliver product training sessions for district and school staff
- Become an expert on our InTouch product
- Communicate client setup details to the Implementation team based on best practice sessions with clients
- Assist with product and process documentation as needed
- Provide guidance to internal teams on product usage and best practices
- Collaborate with different team on training plans for new product features
- Track training metrics and session attendance as needed
- This role may also require additional responsibilities related to technical support and project management.
- 3 years of customer training experience
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate resourcefulness, motivation and initiative
- Strong presentation skills
- Extremely high energy and stamina to perform consistently and at a high level in a very demanding environment
- Experience with video, web tutorial tutorials and LMS systems an asset
- Experience working within the K-12 industry is an asset
- Self-motivated and can work comfortably with little direction
