Keva Juice is looking for a store manager to join our team.
The Store Managers embody the responsibility of supervising & managing a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities include running the day-to-day operations of Keva Juice, training, and customer service. You are on the front lines exemplifying the best in customer service and operational efficiency. Store Managers support inventory management/ordering and labor management such as sending employees home when it is slow.
Store Managers run the staff under the direct supervision of the District Manager. Store Managers lead and direct other employees through their daily routines and interact with customers to ensure a satisfactory experience. Store Managers act as quality control, ensuring customer satisfaction through training employees properly and adhering to company policy.
Store Manager Expectations & Responsibilities:

Motivating Others: Creates a climate in which people want to do their best. Empowers others. Can motivate many kinds of direct reports and team members. Can assess each person's hot button and use it to get the best out of him/her. Makes each individual feel his/her work is important. Is someone people like working for and with.
Decision Quality: Makes good decisions (without considering how much time it takes) based upon a mixture of analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgment.
Responsibilities Include:
Working in the store(s) a minimum of 38 hours per week.
Promoting the Keva brand through various marketing initiatives.
Controlling costs and driving for results.
Training, coaching, and supporting, a team of 10-15 employees.
Ensuring team members adhere to the standards listed in the Employee Handbook.
Providing direct feedback to employees relating to their role within the store.
Ensuring team members have a customer-comes-first attitude.
Ensuring proper workflow.
Writing and publishing weekly schedules.
Minding the total operations of the store including but not limited to:
Inventory Management.
Ensuring that daily, weekly, and monthly inventory tasks are completed.
Ensuring that operational tasks such as the Red Book are completed daily, weekly, and monthly.
Ensuring the store opens and closes on time and has sufficient staff to meet the needs of the business.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $20.00 - $23.00/hour.
