Kevin Kelley Concepts is Hiring a Corporate Training Manager Near Dallas, TX
Responsibilities:Work collaboratively and cross-functionally with Operations to implement relevant, engaging training programs for restaurant leadership and team members.
Develop comprehensive training programs for all restaurant roles, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and management positions.
Collaborate with restaurant leaders to address performance gaps and provide tailored training solutions.
Evaluate and track the effectiveness of training offerings, through time to competency, retention, and restaurant performance.
Foster a culture of continuous learning, problem-solving, professional development, and team member engagement.
Forecasts training needs for team members and managers based on business growth needs.
Executes internal development strategies for all restaurant team members and delivers performance through coaching and leadership.
Supports New Restaurant Opening (NRO) training performance.
Provides regular business updates and analysis of restaurant training performance.
Requirements:5 years of experience as a Corporate or Field Trainer in the restaurant industry
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
Microsoft Proficient: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing.
Ability to recognize problems, set goals, create plans, and convert plans into action to solve problems.
Exceptional people skills, with the ability to effectively lead, motivate and empower team members and leaders at all levels of the organization.
Exercises good judgment and leverages available data that results in informed decision making.
Maintains high standards of conduct and professionalism.
Ability to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively.
Ability to travel up to 75%.
Possess a valid driver’s license.
