Lead Line Cook/Sous Chef – Hickory & Ash
Hickory & Ash, Kevin Taylor's concept in the Arista neighborhood, across from the FirstBank Center, is looking for a Lead Line Cook/Sous Chef. A unique opportunity for the right person because the location is currently closed Sunday and Monday – two consecutive days off in the restaurant industry? Unheard of!
What We Do:
- Work weeks are 5 days a week. Workdays are 8-10 hours per day. Late nights are expected. Weekends and holidays are required.
- Part-time available
- 2 years restaurant experience – Grill experience a plus
- High volume kitchen – ability to maintain a fast pace
- You are the secondary lead in the Back of the House and may occasionally help out at events at Kevin Taylor's at The Opera House.
Opportunity for advancement within the restaurant group - the right candidate may be promoted to full-time salary within 6 months.
