About The Position…The role of Client Development Specialist is to foster business relationships by networking with potential new clients through outbound calls and emails. You will be part of a development team that looks for creative approaches to outbound marketing.
Duties Include
- Seek new business opportunities through outbound calls to potential clients from lead lists, trade show leads and the company client database.
- Developing unique and effective email copy to enhance deliverability.
- Representing our brand and company as the first point of contact with C-level executives, decision-makers, and influencers.
- Articulate the KWW value proposition to potential clients.
- Gather and document key information for transfer to the sales team.
- Extensive use of internal lead generating software, the internet, Outlook and phones.
- Meeting reasonable daily call/email quotas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office.
- Able to relate to a wide variety of personalities.
- Outgoing and pleasant personality.
- Self-motivated and high energy.
