Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Progressive Care Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide specialized nursing care for patients in the progressive care unit, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Duties:
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions, collaborating with healthcare team members to devise individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Operate and monitor medical equipment used in patient care
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and post-hospital treatment plans
- Document patient progress and treatment efficacy accurately in medical records
- Respond promptly to any changes in patients' conditions or emergencies

Experience:
- Prior experience working with patients with developmental disabilities or in behavioral health settings is advantageous
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems such as Athenahealth and Epic
- Experience in areas such as internal medicine, CT, phlebotomy, case management, home community care, and working with diverse patient populations is beneficial

Pay: $1,090.65 - $1,313.48 per week
