- Perform court hearings and ICE deportation proceedings
- File family-based and employment-based petitions
- Be responsible for 100 cases
- File cases and petitions with the help of experienced immigration paralegals
- Review of forms and letters
EXPECTED SKILLS
- 2 years of working experience as an Immigration Attorney in the USA
- A Bar License
- Understanding of the court functioning and processes
- Advanced computer skills
- Excellent self-presentation skills
- Proficiency in Russian and English
