The Key Program is currently seeking a Full-Time Program Supervisor for a six-bed, Semi-Independent Group Home, for females, ages 16-20, located in Providence, RI.

Qualifications : The Program Supervisor is a salaried mid-level management position requiring a Bachelors degree in a human services related field and 1- 3 years of supervisory experience in a related field.

Master’s degree is strongly preferred in a human service field. All candidates must be 21 years of age or older; have a valid state drivers license;

and, have a legally registered and insured car for work use.

Responsibilities : As the Program Supervisor, you will manage the day-to-day operations of a group home setting in all areas of program administration, client and family services, and staff training :

• Provide direct care and supervisory staff with ongoing training and development, individual supervision and performance problems;
• Coordinate program administration, staffing, organization and cleanliness;
• Develop a professional working relationship with funding sources, as well as licensing and collateral resources (IE DCYF, schools, court systems, mental health providers);
• Work alongside Key clinical staff to ensure clients and families receive appropriate interventions;
• Participate in regional supervisory meetings / trainings and the regional on call schedule (includes night and weekend coverage);
