We are seeking a Youth Counselor to work in Providence, RI in our six-bed, semi-independent living group home for girls (ages 16-20) who are involved with the Department of Children, Youth & Families (DCYF).
What you will receive…

What you bring…
●A Bachelor's degree is preferred, oran Associate’s degree, or college coursework with one year of human service experience is required
●21 years of age or older
●Have a valid state driver's license; and legally registered and insured car for work use.
●Ability to work a varied and rotating schedule (7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm) includes weekdays, weekends and some holidays.

The Key Program is a private, non-profit human service agency whose mission is to assist children/adolescents and their families find ways to pursue productive and rewarding lives. Key works in conjunction with the MA Department of Children & Families (DCF), MA Department of Youth Services (DYS), the MA Department of Mental Health (DMH) and the RI Department of Children, Youth & Families (DCYF) and is an agency provider of both community-based outreach services and residential treatment programming.
