Key Property Management Company is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Agent/Office Assistant for a large affordable housing apartment community in Ogden, UT.

We are seeking an employee with excellent people skills, high energy, who can multi- task, has a positive attitude and excellent work ethics.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering Phones
  • Entering & Closing Work Orders
  • Unit Inspections
  • Accepting applications
  • Processing applications
  • Providing apartment tours
  • Filing and administrative projects

Qualifications:

  • Professional presentation.
  • Friendly, energetic, great people skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent phone and in person sales skills.
  • Motivated and hard-working.
  • High Energy.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Microsoft Office experience.
  • Onesite Leasing and rents experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Must pass background check and drug screening.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Apartment leasing: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Administrative Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Ogden, UT 84401: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Work Location: In person
