Key Property Management Company is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Agent/Office Assistant for a large affordable housing apartment community in Ogden, UT.
We are seeking an employee with excellent people skills, high energy, who can multi- task, has a positive attitude and excellent work ethics.
Responsibilities:
- Answering Phones
- Entering & Closing Work Orders
- Unit Inspections
- Accepting applications
- Processing applications
- Providing apartment tours
- Filing and administrative projects
Qualifications:
- Professional presentation.
- Friendly, energetic, great people skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent phone and in person sales skills.
- Motivated and hard-working.
- High Energy.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Microsoft Office experience.
- Onesite Leasing and rents experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must pass background check and drug screening.
