Key West Criminal Defense is Hiring an Office Receptionist Near Key West, FL

Description
Do you have a passion for helping others and love putting a smile on people's faces? Then you're a great fit for the receptionist position on our team! You'll act as the first point of contact for the business, answer phone calls, schedule meetings, make travel arrangements, handle mail and deliveries, and help us with other operational duties to keep everything running smoothly. Responsibilities
•Monitor office supplies and reorder as needed
•Hand deliver and pick-up court documents and other legal documents to judges and prosecutors' offices
•Make appointments for employees and ensure the calendar is current and correct
•Follow the correct sign-in procedures for visitors to keep our building secure
•Take incoming phone calls and respond to emails and ensure the appropriate people receive all relevant information
•Plan for company trips and outings and provide itineraries to ensure off-site activities are a success
•Provide administrative support to other team members with data entry, paperwork, photocopying, etc. when needed
Qualifications
•1 year of experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, guest service specialist, or similar position preferred
•Has previous experience with word processing programs and basic computer skills
•Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
•Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills
•Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations
