Regional Community Manager

Department: Operations, KeyLink Companies

KeyLink is seeking to fill a Community Manager position for our Hamilton OH territory. The position requires the ability to maintain a positive, upbeat attitude while working in a fast-paced and fun environment.

Purpose:

The Community Manager in Hamilton, OH is responsible for the hands-on management of residential communities, focusing on maintaining high standards of living and tenant satisfaction. This position involves direct oversight of property preservation, rent collection, maintenance scheduling, and tenant management within their designated community. The Community Manager plays a critical role in fostering KeyLink’s relationships and streamlining operational processes at the community level.

Responsibilities:

· Manage the daily operations of residential communities in the Augusta, GA region, ensuring compliance with KeyLink’s standards and objectives.

· Provide regular reports and insights to KeyLink Executive Leadership to support strategic decisions and planning.

· Conduct weekly meetings with the executive team to ensure clear communication and alignment with operational goals.

· Directly manage vendor relationships to ensure the provision of quality services and support to the community.

· Serve as a leader and resource for property management staff, promoting a culture of professional growth and continuous improvement.

· Handle financial operations for the community, including rent collection, lease management, and budget oversight.

· Collaborate with the eviction team as needed to address tenant issues and maintain property standards.

· Develop and oversee an effective invoice management system to ensure timely payments and financial accuracy.

· Uphold and champion KeyLink’s mission, vision, and values in all community interactions, presenting a positive image of the company.

Additional Qualification Criteria for Community Managers

  • Demonstrated expertise in understanding and addressing the unique challenges and opportunities within the Augusta, GA region.
  • Experience in maintaining tenant relationships and managing residential properties.
  • Versatility in skill set, akin to a “Swiss Army Knife,” capable of adeptly handling a wide range of tasks and challenges with resourcefulness and adaptability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, enabling efficient management of reports, communications, and operational tasks.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
