Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to enhance asset reliability and capacity through effective engineering and maintenance practices.

Salary: 100-120K

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote a positive work culture: Safety, Integrity, Quality, Teamwork, Accountability
• Collaborate with Factory and Corporate Engineering on capital projects
• Ensure spare parts, manuals, and prints for new installations meet standards
• Incorporate safety in all tasks and projects
• Develop bid packages and manage Replacement in Kind projects
• Assist in project budgeting and maintenance strategies
• Participate in final check-outs of capital projects
• Establish maintenance procedures for new installations
• Ensure reliability of equipment and systems
• Optimize preventive and predictive maintenance processes
• Coordinate maintenance services and inspections
• Minimize process downtime during planned maintenance shutdowns
• Improve maintenance efficiency and reliability
• Support technical, environmental, and safety procedure development
• Plan production capacity based on maintenance needs
• Apply value analysis to repair/replace decisions
• Develop standardized programs for materials, equipment, and spare parts
• Stay updated on advancing maintenance technology

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or related engineering field
• 5-7 years of maintenance engineering experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to maintenance
