Keystone Achievements is Hiring a Behavior Technician (RBT) Near Colorado, CO
Additionally, BT’s manage episodes of behavior and will be trained in the proper and appropriate use of Safety-Care for De-escalation and Physical Management. Ability to handle levels of stress associated with behavioral episodes while following through with the principals of ABA and maintaining a neutral demeanor is necessary in this field.
Finally, BT’s work with the BCBA to collect, monitor, and input data from all programming and interventions. BT’s will report and evaluate progress with BCBA to guarantee best use of therapy time with each of our students.The Ideal candidate possesses:
