Keystone Staffing Solutions, LLC is Hiring a Sales Manager Near Broadview, IL

Job Description
  • ONLY QUALIFIED CANDIDATES will be contacted who have 5 years of recent sales experience in a manufacturing environment will be considered.
  • The position has not had an active outside sales focus in recent years, so this is a tremendous opportunity and will require up to 40% travel. A $625 per month auto allowance, Expense card, laptop and company phone are all part of the package.
  • There is a 25% annual bonus potential based on company performance.
This high visibility position will report to the President and will collaborate with all of the other key executives in developing and executing the sales strategy. The Sales Manager position is a pivotal role responsible for spearheading the sales and marketing efforts to maintain and increase sales activity with current customers and identify and cultivate new customers and markets.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Sales Coordination: Administer and coordinate sales functions as required by product and market.
  • Collaboration & Strategy Development: Work with Senior Management to develop forecasts, sales policies, and promotional strategies.
  • Action Planning: Develop and implement action plans for assigned markets, including defining strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
  • Quoting & Product Development: Manage the quoting processes and recommend product enhancements and potential new products to Engineering and Management.
  • Market Surveillance & Reporting: Continuously monitor product lines and markets, reporting significant changes to the Executive Leadership.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop marketing strategies to maximize profit margins and create new opportunities.
  • Representation & Relationship Building: Represent CSF at industry events and develop relationships with customers and potential clients.
  • Supervisory Responsibilities: Provide indirect management to outside sales, customer service reps, distributors, and independent sales agents.
Education, Certifications, And /or Experience
  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university.
  • Five years of related sales experience in business-to-business sales or purchasing
  • Have a clear understanding of the industry.
  • Four or more years .
  • Industry-specific certifications and licenses are advantageous.
Language & Communication SkillsMust be able to read, write and understand English fluently. Ability to comprehend technical documents, and effectively communicate verbally and in writing with various stakeholders. Bilingual in Spanish is advantageous.
Mathematical SkillsAbility to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Computer SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Applications, Excel, Word, Outlook. Computer literacy in ERP software.
