We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team at Keystone Veterinary Emergency & Referral!
The ideal candidate:
- ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- works well on a team
- previous veterinary reception experience required
- DVMax or Smartflow experience is a plus
Our ideal candidate has some veterinary experience (ER a plus!) and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work well alone and with a team. You should be comfortable assisting clients and pets in stressful situations and have a flexible schedule.
