Talent Development Lead

Reporting into the Head of Learning and Development, the Talent Development Lead will be responsible for the professional development and performance management of talent across the CoreAI practice area in Keystone’s Seattle office. This is a critical role for Keystone, directly enabling business growth through the realization of human potential. In this role you will:

  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of the individuals who comprise CoreAI, their capabilities, strengths and opportunities for development
  • Drive individual professional development plans to grow strategic workforce capability across CoreAI
  • Advise leadership on organizational design and talent planning matters, in partnership with the broader HR function
  • Serve as onsite L&D contact for Keystone’s Seattle office, navigating a geographically-based team through talent strategy issues such as: employee engagement, development planning, leadership feedback, programmatic feedback, career coaching, and mentorship and development opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Advise senior leadership, including the President & Chief Product & Technology Officer of CoreAI, on organizational and talent planning matters
  • Identify and recommend enhancements to talent programs, in service of One Keystone
  • Own goal setting, development planning, performance management, and talent planning programs for the organization
  • Enable data-rich performance management processes; compile and represent performance feedback during calibration and promotion discussions
  • Advocate for staffing decisions that support employee professional growth objectives, and/or enable coaching and mentorship opportunities
  • Track employee capability, identify trends and themes across employee groups, and partner with leadership and operational partners to take action
  • Reinforce employee behaviors that support organizational goals and drive compliance across critical business processes
  • Develop and implement action plans related to employee engagement; monitor and surface risk related to burnout and/or retention
  • Partner with HR and Operations in the accomplishment of workforce goals, including:
    • Workforce planning
    • Identification of workforce gaps
    • Surfacing of cultural or other issues that impede business success/employee engagement

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of and deep functional expertise in talent development and talent strategy, ideally in a top-tier professional services or technology organization
  • Experience engaging with a broad employee base, with a demonstrated track record of influencing key stakeholders and building consensus
  • Ability to hold leaders accountable for developing talent
  • Ability to understand capability and bench-strength of the team and take action
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization and with different levels of technological understanding
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously, demonstrating strong business acumen and project management skills
  • Experience owning and executing initiatives from start to finish
  • Adept at learning new technologies
  • Functions effectively in an extremely fast-paced environment

US Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000, plus an annual discretionary bonus, 401k contribution, and competitive benefits package. Actual compensation within the range will depend upon the level the individual is hired into based on their skills, experience, qualifications.
