Job Responsibilities
- Close Encounters of the Profit Kind (30%): Dive into period close duties like a pro, analyzing variances, minimizing risks, and maximizing opportunities for our Operating Profit. Let's turn those numbers into action-packed plans!
- Plan-tastic Adventures (40%): Get ready to roll up your sleeves and join the excitement of building our Annual Operating Plan! Identify risks, seek out opportunities, and help us navigate the financial landscape with finesse!
- Capital Capers (20%): Manage our capital spend like a boss! From planning and analyzing to forecasting, you'll be the mastermind behind our RSC capital projects and digital dreams!
- Ad Hoc Action Heroes (10%): Be the MVP of ad hoc initiatives! From analyzing data to dazzling presentations, you'll be our go-to guru for all things strategic!
Required Ingredients
- Education/Certifications: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management (MBA or CPA preferred)!
- Experience: 4 years in Corporate finance, with a sprinkle of restaurant experience for flavor! Plus, a dash of self-motivation, integrity, and strong influencing skills!
- Skills: Get ready to flex those analytical muscles and show off your problem-solving prowess! Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is a must, with bonus points for experience in Hyperion, JD Edwards, and Power BI!
