POSITION OVERVIEW & RESPONSIBILITIES

The Recruiting Coordinator plays an integral role in the execution of the hiring process by providing administrative support throughout the recruitment life cycle including candidate attraction, evaluation and hiring. This position will assist with creating great hiring experiences.

Specific responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Scheduling interviews and arranging for travel when needed, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and internal team members.
  • Preparing and distributing assessments and performing reference checks.
  • Tracking and managing job postings.
  • Creating and distributing reports and key metrics for weekly and quarterly reporting.
  • Administration and updating of job descriptions.
  • Provide administrative support and coordination for career fairs, outreach programs and recruiting events.
  • Assist with candidate sourcing and perform candidate screenings during peak times.
  • Monitor shared inbox and respond to all information requests in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the execution of employment branding activities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Tracking of vendor and agency agreements.
  • Performing talent /market research as needed.

Additional Duties:

  • Support Human Resource team with special projects as needed.
  • Provide backup support to office administration team on occasion.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required :

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) with an aptitude for learning new software.
  • Experience providing administrative or client support in a professional office environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience executing tasks requiring high attention to detail within a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to provide a high level of customer satisfaction for the services provided.
  • Problem solving skills; ability to identify and suggest solutions.
  • Experience working collaboratively as well as independently.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Some travel may be required.

Preferred :

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or 3 years relevant experience preferred.
  • Experience with HR Systems and/or Applicant Tracking Systems preferred.
  • ADP experience a plus.
