RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Brand Experience Associate in Madison, WI. The position will primarily be onsite vs. remote (about 60-80% onsite and 20-40% remote). They will be the primary person responsible for space management in-person at this company Tuesday-Thursday during our open hours.
Role Overview:
The Brand Experience Associate assists with retail store operations, execution of events held at this company and online, and provides additional administrative and operational support to ensure the store experience meets objectives and expectations.
Key Responsibilities (High-Level):
Acts as the primary lead for all company space coverage and hospitality needs, including:
* Welcoming visitors and guiding interactions with the tools and displays in the space
* Opening and closing the space following established policies and procedures
* Stocking and re-ordering all supplies, ensuring they are easily accessible to guests
* Maintaining a welcoming, neat, and professional atmosphere at all times - performing spot cleaning as needed
* Event setup and teardown for public and private events
* Leading company tours
* Provides event support for medium and small level activations
REQUIREMENTS:
* Entry/student-level but with some experience or educational alignment (marketing or customer experience)
* Demonstrated experience responding to customer questions in branded voice and tone
* Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support, or service
* Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Suites
* Demonstrated involvement in community events, networks, or groups
Schedule/Hours Desired - Full Time Standard 38.33 Hour Week:
* Monday - Thursday: 8:30am - 5pm CT (In-person at space Tuesday - Thursday)
* Friday: 8:30 - 3:00pm CT
* This position requires the ability to work a flexible schedule including occasional evenings and weekends
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
