RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Altamonte Springs, FL that is looking for a Business Data Analyst focused on analyzing data within CRM (Salesforce or Epic Cheers) and using Alteryx and SQL.
Summary:
The team is looking to expand a program within their company to help consumers, and this person will be helping to pull the data, analyze it, gather requirements and supporting, scaling, and recommending continuous improvement. The Business Data Analyst will be pulling information from Snowflake, SQL, and Alteryx. It is this candidate's job to understand operations and identify data needs.
REQUIREMENTS:
* At least 3-5 years of experience in data analysis and business analysis
* Experience working with SQL, Alteryx, and Salesforce
* Experience with Salesforce, but if they have experience with Epic Cheers, that is preferred
* Familiar with chatbots and Snowflake
* Great communication skills
* Must be in Eastern Standard Time Zone
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
