RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Redmond, WA seeking a Communciations Specialist.
Summary:
As a Communications Specialist, this role will play a critical role in creating data-driven content that highlights key insights and trends within our industry. They will be responsible for utilizing GenAI and Copilot tools to enhance content creation processes, ensuring accuracy, engagement, and relevance. The Communications Specialist will have expertise in data analysis and journalism will help us deliver compelling stories that resonate with our audience and support our strategic communication objectives.
REQUIREMENTS:
* 3 years of experience in data journalism, communications, or a related field
* Proven experience using AI/Copilot tools for content creation
* Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
* Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling abilities
* Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and AI/Copilot technologies
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
* Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
* Creative thinker with a passion for data-driven storytelling
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
