RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Front End Software Engineer in Dubuque, IA.
Summary:
The client is looking for a Front End Software Designer that loves working with UI, has a passion for design, and someone who is collaborative and understands Accessibility. The candidate will be responsible for building out on of the first design systems for Higher Ed. Day to day the Front End Software Engineer will be closely collaborating with the UX Design Team. This person will be the Engineer guru. This is a Front End specific role to help assist UX build the design system. They will be working with a bootstrap 5 framework.
Duties Include:
* Working on component libraries
* Developing components
* Helping building and documenting UI components
* Working closely with Designers
REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience with JavaScript, Frameworks, React, and Angular
* Proficiency with HTML and CSS
* Familiarity with Storybook, as it may be a product they will be using
* Candidate will need to have Accessibility knowledge
* Candidates who have an interest in design
* Excellent communication skills verbal and written
* Outgoing and collaborative
* Team player
* Able to troubleshoot
Interview process:
* 2 total; 1 hours each in duration
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
