RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Johnston, RI that is seeking a Geo Spatial Solution Architect who will work hand in hand with agile teams from product inception to delivery through ongoing product evolution. They are expected to provide guidance, mentorship, and oversight in supporting successful implementations.
Summary:
As technical leaders across one or more teams, the Geo Spatial Solution Architect will be responsible for defining, refining, and delivering system and application architecture. They ensure that geospatial solutions are well-designed, secure, performant, able to meet evolving business needs, and comply with established enterprise guidelines. The Geo Spatial Solution Architect will also work within a supportive and collaborative software engineering community.
REQUIREMENTS:
* 7 years of application development experience with large scale and or complex business applications in agile or fast-paced development environments
* 7 years of experience leading the architecture and implementation of geospatial and business applications from concept through production
* Expertise in ESRI Solution Architecture
* Skilled in geospatial technologies and tools
* Experience with Map Services and Web Mapping
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
