RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a highly organized and results-driven Operations Project Manager to join their dynamic team in Jacksonville, FL. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects, optimizing operations, and driving continuous improvement. This role involves overseeing multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and fostering effective cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage various operational projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
* Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
* Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies
* Analyze current operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement
* Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
* Monitor and measure project performance and operational metrics
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements and expectations are met
* Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions to senior management and other relevant parties
* Facilitate regular project meetings and status updates
* Coordinate with various departments to allocate resources effectively and ensure project requirements are met
* Manage project budgets and ensure financial targets are achieved
* Lead project teams, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve project goals
* Foster a collaborative and positive team environment
* Ensure that projects comply with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies
* Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and apply them to future projects
REQUIREMENTS:
* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
