RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Salesforce Developer in Madison, WI.
Summary:
This position will test and implement salesforce applications, including coding, configuration, maintenance, installation, testing, and debugging, as well as managing timelines and producing technical documentation. This position will also be responsible for the support and general administrative responsibilities including user access, permissions, support tickets, mass data update/inserts, reporting/dashboards, and existing custom Salesforce applications.
Key Tasks:
* Manage detailed time tracking of development and support activities on a weekly basis
* Provide exceptional customer service related to Salesforce support related issues
* Design, configure, and develop custom code/objects
* Use Lightning Components and APEX to create new functionality and extend existing apps
* Assist in data import/export/updates, system customization
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business or IT related field of study required
* 7 years of development experience
* 5 years of experience in Salesforce Development; Or 3 years of experience developing a large financial services core platform on the Salesforce.com platform
* 5 years of experience as Salesforce Administrator
* 5 years of experience as Salesforce Developer in APEX
* 3 years of experience as Salesforce Lightning Component Developer
* Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud
* Experience with Salesforce Community Portals
* Experience working as a software developer following Agile principles
* Experience in Custom Lightning development - JavaScript, HTML, CSS
* Admin experience with Permission Sets, Custom Objects, Custom Fields, Page Layouts, Record Types, Reports and Dashboards
* Experience with change sets and Application Lifecycle Management
* Master in Apex programming skills writing Triggers, Batch classes, scheduled jobs, etc.
* Sound knowledge on Standard object, Sales process, Validations, Workflows, Process Builders, and Visual Flow
* Understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the Salesforce platform
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Professional written and oral communication skills
* Excellent presentation skills
* Large group/team facilitation skills
* Technical documentation skills
* Ability to provide accurate work estimates based on the scope of each Project
* Ability to develop a Release Management plan
Certification and Licensure(s)
* Salesforce Platform Developer I
* Salesforce JavaScript Developer I
* Salesforce Sales Cloud; Or Salesforce Service Cloud
* Salesforce Platform Developer II (preferred)
* Integration Architect (preferred)
* Identity and Access Management Architect (preferred)
* Development Lifecycle and Deployment Architect (preferred)
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
