RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client in Atlanta, GA that is seeking to bring on an experienced SAP MDG Consultant to assist in a project to upgrade their current version. Key Tasks: * SAP MDG Consultant will lead the upgrade process from SAP MDG 1909 to 2023, with a preference for candidates experienced in upgrading to 2023 but at least to 2022 * Implement MDQ (Master Data Quality Management), a new feature/plugin introduced in SAP MDG 2023 * Heavy configuration work in SAP MDG, ensuring the system aligns with business requirements and industry best practices * Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements * Act as a problem solver, addressing any issues that arise during the upgrade process and finding effective solutions * As a SAP MDG Consultant, you will foster strong team chemistry, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment where knowledge sharing and learning are encouraged * Interact with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates on the upgrade process, and ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives REQUIREMENTS: * Proven experience in SAP MDG and Fiori, with a focus on configuration and implementation * Familiarity with Business Partner, Material, and Finance/GL modules is a plus * Previous experience leading or participating in SAP MDG upgrades, preferably to version 2023 * In-depth knowledge of MDQ (Master Data Quality Management) and its implementation * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders * A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results * Willingness to share knowledge, learn from others, and contribute to a positive team culture The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
