RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong background in Salesforce implementation and administration, particularly in Service Cloud and Sales Cloud environments. The Senior Salesforce Administrator will play a crucial role in leading design discussions, asking challenging questions, and driving the implementation of Salesforce solutions for our Inventory Solutions Group. This position requires a deep understanding of implementation life cycles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
* Lead design sessions and collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions
* Provide expert guidance on Salesforce best practices and recommend innovative solutions to meet business needs
* Manage the implementation of Salesforce solutions for the Inventory Solutions Group, ensuring alignment with business objectives and requirements
* Utilize Jira for project tracking and issue management
* Develop and maintain declarative solutions, accounting for approximately 5-10% of the workload
* Act as a subject matter expert for Salesforce administration and configuration, providing mentorship and support to junior team members
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications
* Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within Salesforce
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5 years of experience in Salesforce administration and implementation, with a consulting background preferred
* Extensive experience with Service Cloud and Sales Cloud implementations
* Strong understanding of Salesforce implementation life cycles and methodologies
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
* Proven ability to lead design discussions, ask critical questions, and drive consensus among stakeholders
* Experience managing projects and teams in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in using Jira for project tracking and issue management
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
