RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Technology Manager in Richmond, VA. Responsibilities: * Senior Technology Manager will identify new opportunities for ML and AI solutions * Provide a comprehensive approach to solution recommendations * Share progress and raise any roadblocks or impediments to delivery * As a Senior Technology Manager, you will create strategic roadmap * Manage budget, including budget planning and estimating costs of future development * Oversee the delivery of resilient and scalable technology solutions * Help drive broader understanding of the use of machine learning and AI REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience * 10 years of software-engineering experience in an enterprise-level environment * 5 years of experience with microservices software architecture * 5 years of leading the end-to-end design and development of scalable services * 5 years of experience building enterprise-level solutions with Microsoft Azure or equivalent cloud technologies * Experience with scripting languages, DevOps practices, testing frameworks, Model Development and Deployment and container orchestration * Proficient in developing in Python The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable.
