RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Jacksonville, FL that is seeking a VP of Marketing.
Responsibilities:
* VP Marketing will lead the marketing team in crafting compelling content (website, blogs, case studies, etc.) that showcases our expertise and client success stories
* Oversee all aspects of brand management, ensuring a consistent and positive brand image across all channels
* Drive demand generation through targeted campaigns across various marketing channels (digital, content, social media, etc.)
* As a VP Marketing, you will manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI
* Build strong relationships with industry influencers and media outlets to secure valuable press coverage
* Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in the AI/ML landscape and translate them into effective marketing strategies
* Provide strategic guidance and support to the sales team
* Foster a collaborative and results-oriented marketing team environment
REQUIREMENTS:
* 8-12 years of experience in marketing a dynamic company within a fast-paced industry, preferably in the AI/ML, technology, or B2B services/consultancy space
* Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive lead generation, brand awareness, and revenue growth
* Strong understanding of marketing best practices, including content marketing, digital marketing, social media marketing, and marketing automation
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team
* Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analyze data, and measure marketing performance
* Passion for AI/ML and a strong understanding of its potential applications across various industries (a plus)
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
