RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client in Houston, TX seeking a Workday Integration Software Engineer. Key Responsibilities: * Design and Development: Create robust and scalable integration solutions using Workday's integration tools (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, and Workday Web Services) to connect Workday with other internal and external systems * Implementation and Testing: Implement integration solutions and perform rigorous testing to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and performance; Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise * Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business processes, and deliver solutions that meet organizational needs * Maintenance and Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing integrations, including monitoring performance, managing upgrades, and ensuring compliance with data security policies * Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes, configurations, and best practices to support knowledge sharing and continuity REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field * Minimum of 3 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on integrating enterprise systems; Previous experience with Workday integration is highly desirable * Technical Skills: Proficiency in Workday integration tools (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, and Workday Web Services), as well as experience with REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, and other relevant technologies * Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues * Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders * Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business needs The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
