RESPONSIBILITIES: A client with Kforce is seeking a Worldplay Product Manager to join our ever-evolving Digital Customer Experience & Portals team to help us unleash the potential of every business. Manager highly preferers candidate location local to Cincinnati, OH but open to other locations if the candidate is the right fit. This role is focused in North America on portals WorldPay offers in that space. This is a contract to potential FTE role. This assignment's focus is going to be predominantly on larger clients in the enterprise space. The Digital Customer Experience & Portals team work on some of most exciting and challenging projects facing the industry today. We define, design, build, deliver and manage best-in-class digital products across web and mobile, for our customers, clients and colleagues. Responsibilities: * Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments * With proven technology, we process the largest volume of payments in the world, driving the global economy every day * When you join Worldpay, you join a global community of experts and changemakers, working to reinvent an industry by constantly evolving how we work and making the way millions of people pay easier, every day * Pick up initiatives, work with development teams, support design build and launch of initiatives * Requirements documentation, managing conversations with stakeholders * Design and measure success of new features and marketing campaigns * There may be an element of supporting any incidents or issues that come up * Prioritize fixes that go back into the development team REQUIREMENTS: Experience with: * Rally: Comprehensive Project Management Tool. Switched recently from JIRA to Rally * Figma: Collaborative Interface Design Tool * Powerpoint * Spreadsheets (Excel) * ServiceNow: Cloud -based, AI-driven platform for automating multiple management workflows in enterprises Our goal: To support small and large businesses across the globe, helping them grow in everything they do in-store and online. What you'll own: You will be an integral part of a team building world class digital products that provide insights and reporting, account self-service, and value-add business tools for new and existing customers. You will work with internal teams and third-party vendors to help them understand, develop and implement requirements and designs. The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
