Kforce is Hiring an Account Receivables Specialist Near Phoenix, AZ
- Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable
- Creates invoices according to company practices; submits invoices to customers
- Maintains and updates customer files, including name or address changes, mergers, or mailing attentions
- Ensures Salesforce and NetSuite integration is in sync by working with the Salesforce Administrator
- Ensure timely, accurate and reliable financial statements and reporting, and to ensure that policies and procedures meet other organizational objectives and needs
- Interface with company's external auditors by providing requests and data backup
- Drafts correspondence for standard past-due accounts and collections, identifies delinquent accounts by reviewing files, and contacts delinquent accountholders to request payment
- Creates reports regarding the current status of customer accounts as requested
- AR Collections - Researches customer discrepancies and past-due amounts
- Collaborates with the Revenue Accounting Manager to reconcile accounts receivable on a periodic (at least bimonthly) basis
- Assists in generating monthly billing statements based on the general ledger
- Relays changes of information to appropriate employees
- Provide system automation via NetSuite to ensure customers and employees get their statements and various Aging and revenue reports
- Undertake special projects and/or general management assignments as requested by senior management
- To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
- Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
