Kforce is Hiring an Accountant Near Grand Rapids, MI
- Accounts Receivable - Invoicing, cash application and some collection calls
- Accounts Payable duties
- Payroll - Uses outside processor of bi-weekly payroll
- Assist with onboarding new employees
- General office assistance - purchasing of office supplies, assisting with making appointments for building maintenance matters, etc.
- Bank reconciliations
- Assists Controller with some cost accounting matters
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting with at least two (2) years of experience with Accounts Payable, receivables, bank deposits and account reconciliations
- Must have some knowledge working with an ERP system
- Able to work 100% onsite
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
